She organized delegations of local community members to participate in at the Forum as well as the role of welcoming all those who traveled to the Forum. Activities organized by the Indigenous Peoples participated in throughout the Forum included the opening ceremony, and a water ceremony, a traditional ceremony where participants brought water from their home areas.
