Michael Moon Bear is the host of "Around The World with Michael Moon Bear", KYRS's on-the-air university for the diverse music of our world, broadcast every Thursday, 1 - 3PM. Michael is also the Underwriting Coordinator for KYRS. Outside of the station, Michael teaches and performs traditional percussion music (West African, Afro-Cuban and Middle Eastern), and is the drumming instructor at Havermale High School in Spokane.
